While most CRE professionals focus on properties, Allison’s focus is to align the right people, processes, and platforms to drive innovation and growth. In her role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Allison oversees recruiting, operations, underwriting, marketing, and technology, and spearheads the platform developments necessary to continue to scale Sunstone Real Estate Advisors.

He has been involved in over $4B of sales and consulting assignments across more than 400 transactions, in nearly all 50 states. For the last decade Robert has completed between 20-40 plus transactions per year mostly in Texas and the Midwest; ranging in size from $2M to over $400M. He speaks annually at the Texco conference as a host, as well as many large conference events such as TMHA, and MHI.
When Robert isn’t helping his clients sell their assets, he can be found doing yoga, surfing, skiing, or other outdoor activities in the mountains near his home in Park City, Utah. Robert loves to travel and seek adventures with his four grown children who are scattered across the globe.



Kolman attended Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Finance. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, resides in Chicago, Illinois. In his personal time, he enjoys travel, art, fishing, yoga, and being the resident foodie and sommelier for the Sunstone team.

Ian is happily married and a proud father to four children. He lives in Houston, TX and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu

His relentless work ethic, combined with an ability to balance patience with decisive action, enables him to manage complex transactions efficiently while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.






Before commercial real estate, Russel spent four years in Boston working in the private jet industry, giving him an unusually diverse exposure to investor expectations and client service.
