Sunstone was proud to host the 8th Annual TEXCO 2026 Conference this February, bringing together operators, owners, and capital partners from across the manufactured housing and RV community sector along with conference partners TMHA (Texas Manufactured Housing Association) and Mobile Insurance.
This year’s conference centered on one clear theme: disciplined execution in a shifting capital environment. Conversations were grounded in market realities such as transaction velocity, debt markets, valuation expectations, and long-term portfolio strategy. Attendees engaged in candid discussions around where pricing is stabilizing, where opportunity exists, and how operators are positioning for the next cycle.
A highlight of the event was the keynote address from Lex Gillette and Jerome Avery, whose message on resilience, focus, and performance resonated strongly with the MH/RV investment community.
