Sunstone Real Estate Advisors announced today the launch of Sunstone Capital Advisors, a dedicated platform focused on debt, structured finance, and equity placement across commercial real estate, with a specialization in manufactured housing and RV community investments. The expansion builds on Sunstone’s existing capital markets capabilities and strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver fully integrated advisory, investment sales, and financing solutions to clients nationwide.
Co-leading the platform, Sunstone has appointed Zach Koucos and Chris Collins as Executive Managing Directors. Both previously led the MH/RV practice at a leading global commercial real estate firm. They bring deep experience across commercial real estate and with various capital sources including the Agencies (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), life insurance companies, CMBS, banks, debt funds, and more – along with long-standing relationships across institutional and private capital investors.
