Allison Weiss

Allison Weiss possesses more than 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources, operations, marketing, and public relations expertise, gained from leadership roles in large publicly traded firms such as Colliers International and Marcus & Millichap, and as the former founder of CRE Recruiting, a successful commercial real estate-focused placement firm.

While most CRE professionals focus on properties, Allison’s focus is to align the right people, processes, and platforms to drive innovation and growth. In her role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Allison oversees recruiting, operations, underwriting, marketing, and technology, and spearheads the platform developments necessary to continue to scale Sunstone Real Estate Advisors.

Executive Managing Director | Park City

Robert McBroom

Robert is an Executive Manager Director at Sunstone who has more than two decades experience in the Manufactured Housing industry. His industry experience started back in the late 1990’s with exposure to Australia’s caravan park industry. He began his brokerage career in 2007 when he helped establish the MHC/RV National platform at CBRE; after which point he founded Sunstone in 2010.

He has been involved in over $4B of sales and consulting assignments across more than 400 transactions, in nearly all 50 states. For the last decade Robert has completed between 20-40 plus transactions per year mostly in Texas and the Midwest; ranging in size from $2M to over $400M.  He speaks annually at the Texco conference as a host, as well as many large conference events such as TMHA, and MHI.

When Robert isn’t helping his clients sell their assets, he can be found doing yoga, surfing, skiing, or other outdoor activities in the mountains near his home in Park City, Utah. Robert loves to travel and seek adventures with his four grown children who are scattered across the globe.

Casey Thom

Executive Managing Director Casey Thom leverages 15 years of expertise to lead transactions across Texas and the Midwest. With more than 200 manufactured housing and RV community sales in Texas alone—an unmatched achievement—he has also completed deals in 20 states and helped clients set multiple market records. Casey co-founded the Texco conference, now one of the industry’s premier operator-focused events and is known for his work with private-utility and development-driven properties.

Enon Winkler

With more than 20 years of brokerage experience, Enon Winkler is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and business leader skilled in navigating transactions ranging from straightforward to highly complex. He is consistently recognized as a top broker in the Manufactured Housing and RV Community sector. Enon’s background includes extensive commercial real estate experience nationwide, bringing strategic insight, strong execution, and proven results to every engagement.

Kolman Bubis

Kolman co-founded Sunstone Real Estate Advisors in 2010 with the goal of growing the preeminent real estate advisory firm focused exclusively on the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle asset class. Prior to Sunstone, Kolman began his investment sales career at Marcus & Millichap also focused on the MHC/RV asset classes. With over 20 years in the industry, Kolman has a deep knowledge and understanding of all facets of the business. At Sunstone, his primary activities revolve around advisory on exit strategy disposition brokerage for sellers ranging from private to institutional owner operators in addition to strategic contributions to the growth of the firm. Kolman is also one of the preeminent lender advisor and troubled asset workout specialist for manufactured housing and RV properties. His resume includes representation of various banks, CMBS special servicers, debt funds and Fannie Mae in the workout and disposition of REO properties, bankruptcies, note sales and short sales.

Kolman attended Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Finance. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, resides in Chicago, Illinois. In his personal time, he enjoys travel, art, fishing, yoga, and being the resident foodie and sommelier for the Sunstone team.

Paul Weiss is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with a proven record of building and scaling companies across multiple industries. He brings deep expertise in strategic growth, acquisitions, and operational leadership, helping guide Sunstone’s national platform and support the success of its advisors. He focuses on fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture that continues to strengthen Sunstone’s position as the leading brokerage platform in the manufactured housing sector.

Ben Cohen

Ben has worked in the manufactured housing sector since 2021, beginning his career on the acquisitions side before moving into brokerage. This dual perspective gives him a strong understanding of both buyer and seller priorities throughout the transaction process. Ben joined OtherStreet Advisors in 2022 and quickly became a top producer, closing 12 Florida transactions in 2024. He is known for his market insight, clear communication, and ability to close in highly competitive environments.

Bradley Levine

Brad joined Sunstone in July 2024 and serves as the Director of Underwriting. He holds degrees in finance and accountancy from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business. Before Sunstone, he worked at Equity Lifestyle Properties on asset management and acquisitions, supporting budgeting for 400+ MH/RV communities and underwriting major capital upgrades. He later handled due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. At Sunstone, he has underwritten 100+ deals totaling about 18,000 sites.

Brett Garner

Brett started in the manufactured housing space shortly after he graduated from Texas A&M in 2019. He started out worked directly for a park buyer helping him acquire five separate parks, then made the jump to OtherStreet Advisors in 2020. During his time at OtherStreet, Brett closed over 20 deals totaling in excess of $85M. Brett brings the unique experience of being an owner/operator to the table allowing him to understand owners from their perspective.

Cesar Ovando

As a Director at Sunstone, Cesar Ovando focuses on mobile home park brokerage and advisory work across the Southeast. He brings four years of real estate experience along with the leadership and discipline he developed during four years in the United States Marine Corps. Cesar specializes in sourcing opportunities, assessing market conditions, and supporting investors through due diligence. His practical, client-first approach reflects Sunstone’s commitment to service and execution.

Cheyenne Whittaker

Cheyenne Whittaker serves as Assistant Vice President of Administration, bringing more than seven years of experience shaped by her legal and operational background. Over her five years with the firm, she has become a core resource for brokerage operations, compliance coordination, and transaction support. Her foundation in legal studies and deep understanding of deal processes allow her to streamline systems and uphold Sunstone’s commitment to service excellence.

Christian Aznar

Christian started off as an intern doing research and data analytics and has since grown into an integral part of the back office. As part of the underwriting team, he supports the agents through financial modeling, market research, and data management. He prides himself on being a team player and continually improving his skills to better support clients and colleagues.

Hanna LeCavalier

Hanna joined Sunstone after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, concentrating in Strategic Communications. She brings a strong interest in real estate and specializes in operations, marketing, and event planning. In her role, Hanna supports the team by creating and maintaining organized processes, developing effective marketing initiatives, and planning and executing company events.

Hudson Bird

Hudson Bird joined Sunstone in 2018 and heads the Dallas-Fort Worth office. Hudson worked as a recruiter and specialized in talent acquisition for IT companies around DFW before being recruited to Sunstone in 2018. Since joining Sunstone, Hudson has transacted in 5 states and, while he has the ability to transact nationally, he primarily focuses his resources on Texas. Hudson excels in building trust with MH operators and fiercely representing his clients during the transactional process. He has extensive experience in mitigating downside risk to sellers over the course of a transaction and provides professional insight on valuations and marketing.

Ian Keith

Ian spent the first decade of his career as an engineer in various project and commercial roles in the Petrochem industry. In those roles, he was responsible for more than $500 million of capital projects, personally managing $10+ million in annual budgets. After entering the MH/RV industry with Sunstone, Ian has found success applying the analytical mindset from Petrochem in the CRE world, driving win-win situations for his clients.

Ian is happily married and a proud father to four children. He lives in Houston, TX and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu

Jacob Anderson

Jacob Anderson joined Sunstone REA in 2024 as an Associate Director. With six years of commercial real estate experience and four years specializing in manufactured housing community sales, advisory, and lead generation, he is known for his analytical approach and commitment to client success. He helps owners maximize value and identify opportunities across the Southeast and Midwest. A Lafayette native, Jacob graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2020, and you can find him hunting, fishing, or on the tennis court.

Jared Bosch is a Director at Sunstone Real Estate Advisors specializing in manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, and large-scale development projects nationwide. He brings nearly a decade of experience in brokerage, data-driven underwriting, and portfolio strategy. Jared is recognized for his analytical approach, leveraging technology and deep industry expertise to advise owners, developers, and institutional investors. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Jeff Kozel

Jeff, a New Orleans native and graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, began his professional career in medical device sales before transitioning into real estate in 2019. Since then, Jeff has been directly involved in over $200 million in MHC transactions across the country. He currently oversees Sunstone’s Louisiana office in Lafayette, focusing primarily on the Southeast and Midwest markets.

Clients value Jeff’s clear and direct approach—a valued trait in an industry where transparency is critical. His relentless work ethic, combined with an ability to balance patience with decisive action, enables him to manage complex transactions efficiently while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

Ross Torian

Ross Torian is an Associate Director at Sunstone Real Estate Advisors, with six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Russ Williamson

Born and raised in Ohio, Russel entered real estate as an investor, purchasing multifamily properties in his twenties. After completing several direct-to-owner transactions, he discovered how much he enjoyed connecting with owners, structuring deals, and navigating investment strategy, a realization that later led him into full-time brokerage.

Before commercial real estate, Russel spent four years in Boston working in the private jet industry, giving him an unusually diverse exposure to investor expectations and client service.

Stefen Krizsa

Stefen joined Sunstone in 2012 as an analyst leading the valuation process and assisting in creating marketing materials. Since then, he has underwritten thousands of MH and RV assets nationwide which have helped facilitate more than $1 billion of closed transactions. After graduating from the University of Arizona, he joined Marcus & Millichap in Tucson where he honed his passion and expertise in real estate. Stefen also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation from the CFA Institute.

After transitioning from a successful 22-year NCAA coaching career, Tony’s rapid success was no surprise. Over four years, he has built a strong record brokering MH and RV communities throughout key markets including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Known for his market knowledge and clear communication, Tony holds a B.A. in English Literature from Oklahoma State University.

Zach Sheck

Zach Sheck brings nine years of experience across manufactured housing, RV resorts and marina assets. As a Director at Sunstone, he advises property owners on disposition strategies and draws on a strong background in acquisitions, financial analysis, and investment brokerage. Previously, he served on Equity Lifestyle Properties’ acquisitions team, which completed over $1.5 billion in transactions across 23,000 sites. Zach holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
